وقال باحث في المعهد الفرنسي للشؤون الاستراتيجية الدولية في مقابلة أجرتها معه صحيفة La Croix الفرنسية في 19 شباط/فبراير 2014 إن تقرير حقوق الإنسان الصادر عن الأمم المتحدة بشأن كوريا الشمالية هو تقرير متحيز وغير علمي ووثيقة غير علمية وضعت على أساس شهادات أدلى بها ضحايا لنظام كوريا الشمالية فقط، دون تأكيد المعلومات من خلال القيام بزيارات إلى كوريا الشمالية.

A researcher of the French Institute for International Strategic Affairs in an interview with the French paper La Croix on 19 February 2014 said that the United Nations human rights report on north Korea is a biased and unscientific report and an unscientific document worked out on the basis of testimonies made by victims of the north Korean regime only without confirmation of information through visits to north Korea.

En una entrevista con el periódico francés La Croix realizada el 19 de febrero de 2014, un investigador del Instituto Francés de Asuntos Estratégicos Internacionales dijo que el informe de derechos humanos de las Naciones Unidas sobre Corea del Norte carecía de rigor científico y de imparcialidad y había sido elaborado exclusivamente sobre la base de los testimonios realizados por víctimas del régimen de Corea del Norte, sin confirmar la información a través de visitas a la República Popular Democrática de Corea.
