وفي هذا الصدد، أعربوا عن تحيتهم وتقديرهم للمساهمة التي قدمتها حكومة أوروغواي بإرسالها طائرة الاستطلاع وبدء نشر # زورق دورية في هايتي، وذلك بهدف دعم استراتيجية الإدارة المتكاملة للحدود الهايتية وتعزيز أمن الحدود في البلد، وبالتالي الحد من الاتجار غير المشروع بالبشر والسلاح وتهريب السلع والاتجار بالمخدرات وزيادة الدخل والإيرادات الضريبية، بما يؤدي إلى تحسن ملموس في أحوال سكان هايتي

In this regard, they welcomed and expressed their appreciation for the contribution of the Uruguayan Government, which had sent a reconnaissance aircraft, and for the deployment of # patrol boats in Haiti to support the strategy of integrated management of the country's borders, reinforce border security in the country and, consequently, reduce human trafficking and the illicit trafficking in arms, drugs and contraband, and increase tax collection and income, which would translate into substantial improvements for the Haitian population

En tal sentido, saludaron y agradecieron la contribución del Gobierno uruguayo con el envío del avión de reconocimiento y del comienzo del despliegue de # lanchas patrulleras en Haití, con el objetivo de apoyar la estrategia de gestión integrada de las fronteras haitianas, fortalecer la seguridad fronteriza en el país y consecuentemente reducir el tráfico ilícito de personas y armas, contrabando y narcotráfico y aumentar los ingresos y recaudación fiscal, que se traduzca en una mejoría palpable para la población haitiana

В этой связи они приветствовали тот факт, что правительство Уругвая предоставило стране разведывательный самолет и приступило к отправке в Гаити # патрульных судов для усиления стратегии обеспечения комплексной охраны гаитянских границ, укрепления безопасности на границах страны и, как следствие этого, сокращения масштабов незаконной торговли людьми и оружием, контрабанды и торговли наркотиками и увеличения объема поступлений и налоговых сборов, что ощутимо улучшило бы положение гаитянского населения. Они выразили правительству Уругвая свою признательность за эти усилия
