وتمت الزيارة في الفترة من 9إلى 13 نيسان/أبريل وأتاحت لكلا الجانبين فرصة لإجراء تقييم مباشر للتحول المؤسسي والاقتصادي في المنطقة وأنحائها، وإقامة اقتصاد مستدام يقوم على الزراعة والسياحة في ظل بيئة مناخية وجغرافية مماثلة، فضلا عن انتقال الاختصاصات وتقديم التعليم بلغة الأم، بما يفضي في خاتمة المطاف إلى الرخاء الاقتصادي والإدماج الاجتماعي الناجح لمختلف الفئات السكانية اللغوية والإثنية المحلية.

The visit, from 9 to 13 April, provided the two sides with an opportunity to assess at first hand the institutional and economic transformation of the region and its provinces, the development of a sustainable economy based on agriculture and tourism in a similar climatic and geographical environment, and the devolution of competencies and instruction in the mother tongue, eventually leading to economic prosperity and successful social integration of various local linguistic and ethnic populations.

La visita, que tuvo lugar del 9 al 13 de abril, y ofreció a ambas partes la oportunidad de evaluar de primera mano la transformación institucional y económica de la región y sus provincias, el desarrollo de una economía sostenible basada en la agricultura y el turismo en un entorno climático y geográfico similar, la transferencia de competencias y la instrucción en la lengua materna, factores que a larga han conducido a la prosperidad económica y a la fructuosa integración social de las diversas poblaciones étnicas y lingüísticas locales.

Cette visite, qui a eu lieu du 9 au 13 avril, a été l’occasion pour les deux parties d’évaluer sur place la transformation institutionnelle et économique de la région et de ses provinces, le développement d’une économie durable basée sur l’agriculture et le tourisme dans une région au climat et à la géographie semblables ainsi que la délégation des compétences et l’enseignement dans la langue maternelle, ce qui a favorisé à terme la prospérité économique et l’intégration sociale des populations locales d’origines linguistiques et ethniques diverses.

Эта поездка состоялась 9–13 апреля и позволила обеим сторонам ознакомиться на месте с институциональными и экономическими преобразованиями в регионе и его провинциях, развитием устойчивой экономики на основе сельского хозяйства и туризма в схожих климатических и географических условиях, а также делегированием полномочий и обучением на родном языке, что в конечном итоге ведет к экономическому процветанию и успешной социальной интеграции различных местных лингвистических и этнических групп населения.
