The present invention relates to a centrifugal separator for food sludge and, more specifically, to a centrifugal separator for food sludge which provides a separable inner rotational drum inside an outer rotational drum so as to separate, from a liquid, sludge suspended within the liquid, and moves the inner rotational drum to the outside of the outer rotational drum so as to discharge the sludge.

본 발명은 음식물 슬러지 원심 분리기에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 외부 회전드럼 내부에 분리 구성된 내부 회전드럼을 설치하여 액체 속에 현탁되어 있는 슬러지를 액체와 분리한 후, 내부 회전드럼을 외부 회전드럼의 외부로 이동시켜 슬러지를 배출할 수 있도록 구성된 음식물 슬러지 원심 분리기를 제공하려는 것이다.
