However, the Law for International Assistance in Investigation allows the law enforcement authority to request the possessor of an article of evidence necessary for the investigation of the case in question of the requesting country to voluntarily submit the article (tangible articles only), or may seize such an article of evidence with a warrant and to transfer it to the requesting country.
