أمام الموجة الأخيرة من اللاجئين الوافدين في 5 آب/أغسطس 2003، وقَّع أوفيديو باتشيكو، وزير العمل، وممثل المفوضية السامية لحقوق اللاجئين، على اتفاق تعاون الغرض منه التشجيع على توظيف اللاجئين ليتم تطبيقه في غضون ما تبقى من ذلك العام وفي عام 2004.

� Faced with the latest wave of refugees, on 5 August 2003 the Labour Minister, Ovidio Pacheco, and the UNHCR representative signed a cooperation agreement designed to promote employment for refugees, for implementation during the remainder of that year and 2004.

� Frente a la realidad que ha presentado la más reciente oleada de refugiados, un acuerdo de cooperación destinado a promover el empleo de los refugiados fue firmado por el Ministro de Trabajo, Sr. Ovidio Pacheco y el representante del ACNUR, el 5 de agosto de 2003, para ser ejecutado durante el resto del año y en 2004.
