The next day, we were woken up early to the sound of pigs, cows and other various barnyard animals, but also the mono congos, and after yet another predictable meal of rice and beans, the group met up for a walk around the community, which was tiring but fun, before returning to our families for lunch (more rice and beans!)

El día siguiente, despertamos al sonido de los cerdos, vacas, otros animales de la finca y también los monos congos; después de un desayuno previsible de arroz y frijoles, el grupo salió junto a recorrer la comunidad por un camino un tanto extenuante pero divertido, antes de regresar a nuestras familias a por el almuerzo (¡más arroz y frijoles!)
