Wilson, genes have made possible the emergence of the human mind and human culture (language, kinship, religion, etc.) and, conversely, cultural traits could favour genetic evolution in return. This happens through the stabilization of certain genes that give a selective advantage to members of the group in which the cultural behaviour is observed.
