Rhai o'r elfennau pwysicaf yw £84 miliwn o'r cronfeydd refeniw wrth gefn a ddyrennir i'r Adran Iechyd a Gwasanaethau Cymdeithasol er mwyn bwrw ymlaen â'r ymrwymiad amserau aros, £69 miliwn o'r cronfeydd cyfalaf i'w dynnu o'n slotiau hyblygrwydd diwedd blwyddyn a £28 miliwn o'r cyllidebau cyfalaf sydd i'w dwyn ymlaen o 2010-11. Dyrennir £9 miliwn a £12 miliwn i'r Adran Plant, Addysg, Dysgu Gydol Oes a Sgiliau a'r Adran yr Amgylchedd, Cynaliadwyedd a Thai yn y drefn honno, yng nghyswllt dwyn ymlaen y gwariant cyfalaf o flynyddoedd y dyfodol.

The notable elements include £84 million from revenue reserves that is allocated to the Department for Health and Social Services to progress the waiting times commitment, £69 million of capital funds to be drawn from our end-of-year flexibility slots, and £28 million of capital budgets that are to be brought forward from 2010-11. Allocations of £9 million and £12 million are to be made to the Department for Children, Education, Lifelong Learning and Skills and the Department for Environment, Sustainability and Housing respectively, in relation to the bringing forward of capital expenditure from future years.
