ترحب بإنشاء قاعدة بيانات عالمية للمشردين داخلياً، وفقا لما نادى به ممثل الأمين العام، وتشجع أعضاء اللجنة الدائمة المشتركة بين الوكالات، والحكومات على مواصلة التعاون في هذه الجهود ومواصلة دعمها، وذلك بطرق منها توفير الموارد المالية؛
