The down jacket of the present invention eliminates the need for a separate sewing operation when the liner and the outer shell are heated as the urethane coating layers on the liner and the outer shell are melted and adhered together, thereby enabling the easy manufacture of a down jacket and preventing down from escaping through the needle hole which might otherwise be formed during sewing.

La veste en duvet selon la présente invention élimine la nécessité d'une opération de couture séparée lorsque la doublure et le corps extérieur sont chauffés, du fait que les couches de revêtement en uréthane sur la doublure et le corps extérieur sont fondues et collées ensemble, ce qui permet de fabriquer facilement une veste en duvet et d'empêcher le duvet de s'échapper par la piqûre d'aiguille qui pourrait sinon se former pendant la couture.

본 발명은 다운쟈켓의 안감 및 겉감으로 신축성을 갖는 스판소재를 사용함으로써 착용자에게 활동성을 부여할 수 있으며, 내부에 각각 우레탄 코팅층을 형성함으로써 스판소재가 늘어남에 의해 형성되는 공극을 통해서 오리털이 삼출되는 것을 방지함과 동시에 방수효과가 발휘되며, 안감과 겉감의 우레탄 코팅층이 녹을 수 있도록 가열접착을 할 경우 별도의 재봉이 필요하지 않아 다운쟈켓의 가공공정이 용이할 뿐만 아니라 재봉시 형성되는 바늘구멍을 통해 오리털이 삼출 되는 것 또한 방지할 수 있는 신축성이 가미된 다운쟈켓에 관한 것이다.
