في ظل هذا السيناريو العالمي الاجتماعي والسياسي والاقتصادي والثقافي المركب والمعقد في عصرنا الحالي، يصبح احتمال إعادة النظر في الجهود الإنمائية وفي تعزيزها غير ذي جدوى ما لم تتوافر جهود فورية مكثفة ومتضافرة لإزالة الغموض الذي يكتنف مصطلح ”التنمية“.

In this complex and complicated sociopolitical, economic and cultural contemporary global scenario, the possibility of rethinking and strengthening development efforts is of very little avail unless there is an immediate, intense and concerted effort to demystify the term “development”.
