Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß in eine Grundmatrix aus biologisch kompatiblem Material, wie ein Faser-Stützgerüst entweder aus bioabbaubaren Polymeren, wie Polyglykolsäure, Polyglykolid sowie deren Copolymeren oder Polycaprolactonfasern bzw. ein entsprechendes Gerüst aus nicht resorbierbaren Fasern aus Polypropylen, Polyester oder Polyvinylidenfluorid eingebaut ist.

This object is inventively achieved in that in a basic matrix of biologically compatible material, such as collagen, gelatin, methyl cellulose derivatives, hyaluronic acid derivatives, or alginates, and the like fiber-supporting structure either from biodegradable polymers, such as polyglycolic acid, polyglycolide, and their copolymers or Polycaprolactonfasern or a corresponding scaffold of non-absorbable fibers of polypropylene, polyester or polyvinylidene fluoride is incorporated.
