There is very limited follow‐up, continuity and vigour regarding the implementation of recommendations of relevant mechanisms such as the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights and the High Commissioner herself, the Inter‐American Commission on Human Rights, the International Labour Organization and the relevant thematic mechanisms established by the Commission on Human Rights, as well as the United Nations treaty bodies.
