Misprision: Any person who, without any good reason, within the shortest time possible fails to report to the institutions of interrogation, investigation, the prosecutor’s office or to the court about illegal transportation of foreigners across the State border of Lithuania or about concealment or transportation of foreigners who have illegally crossed the State border of Lithuania (paragraphs 2 and 3 of article 82-1), intentional homicide (arts. 104 and 105), and hijacking of an airplane (art. 2492), of which he has knowledge, either in preparation, in progress or already committed shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of up to two years with a fine or without a fine, or by a fine.

Toda persona que, sin mediar razones válidas, incumpla con informar lo antes posible a las instituciones encargadas del interrogatorio o de la investigación, a la Fiscalía o al tribunal acerca del paso ilegal de extranjeros por las fronteras estatales de Lituania o acerca del encubrimiento o traslado de extranjeros que hayan atravesado ilegalmente la fronteras estatales de Lituania (párrafos 2 y 3 del artículo 82-1), acerca de un homicidio intencional (arts. 104 y 105), o del secuestro de un avión (art. 2492), que, a su entender, se estén tramando, se estén perpetrando, o se hayan perpetrado ya, será castigada con una pena de prisión no mayor de dos años con o sin multa, o con el pago de una multa.

а) любое лицо, которое без веских причин по возможности в кратчайший срок не сообщило в органы предварительного следствия, дознания, прокуратуру или суд о незаконном перевозе иностранцев через государственную границу Литвы или о сокрытии и перевозе иностранцев, которые незаконно пересекли государственную границу Литвы (пункты 2 и 3 статьи 82-1), о преднамеренном убийстве (статьи 104 и 105) и об угоне самолета (статья 2492) , о подготовке, осуществлении или совершении которых он знал, наказывается лишением свободы на срок до 2 лет и штрафом, или без такового, или штрафом.
