ويُشكَّل فريق خبراء تقنيين من خبراء مدرجين في قائمة خبراء الاتفاقية الإطارية، مع مراعاة الخبرات اللازمة لتغطية مجالات المعلومات الواردة في التقارير المحدثة لفترة السنتين، وعلى النحو المبين في الفقرة 3(أ) من المرفق الرابع للمقرر 2/م أ-17، على أن تؤخذ الظروف الوطنية للطرف المعني في الحسبان.

A TTE shall be composed of experts nominated to the UNFCCC roster of experts, taking into consideration the expertise needed to cover the areas of information contained in the BUR, and as outlined in paragraph 3(a) of annex IV to decision 2/CP.17, taking into account the national circumstances of the Party concerned.
