The present invention relates to an infrared sensor assembly for measuring temperature inside a vehicle, comprising: a support bracket (3) which is detachably coupled to an inner surface of a garnish on one side of inside of the vehicle and provides a base; a casing (5) which is detachably coupled on top of the support bracket (3) and forms an inner installation space between the support bracket (3) and the casing (5); a main PCB (7) which is inserted and coupled to a PCB housing (17) so as to be interposed between the support bracket (3) and the casing (5); and an infrared ray sensor (9), which is bound in a tilted manner to the main PCB (7), for measuring the temperature inside the vehicle.

La présente invention porte sur un ensemble capteur d'infrarouges pour mesurer une température à l'intérieur d'un véhicule, lequel ensemble comprend : un étrier de support (3) qui est couplé de façon détachable à une surface interne d'une garniture sur un côté de l'intérieur du véhicule et qui constitue une base ; un boîtier (5) qui est couplé de façon détachable au sommet de l'étrier de support (3) et qui forme un espace d'installation interne entre l'étrier de support (3) et le boîtier (5) ; une carte de circuits imprimés principale (7) qui est insérée et couplée à un boîtier de carte de circuits imprimés (17) de façon à être interposée entre l'étrier de support (3) et le boîtier (5) ; et un capteur de rayons infrarouges (9), qui est relié d'une manière inclinée à la carte de circuits imprimés principale (7), pour mesurer la température à l'intérieur du véhicule.

본 발명은 차량 내 온도 계측용 적외선 센서 조립체에 관한 것으로, 차량 실내의 일측 가니시 내부면에 착탈 가능하게 장착되어 기부를 이루는 지지 브래킷(3); 상기 지지 브래킷(3) 위에 착탈 가능하게 장착되되, 상기 지지 브래킷(3)과의 사이에 내부 설치공간을 형성하는 케이싱(5); 상기 지지 브래킷(3)과 상기 케이싱(5) 사이에 개재되도록 PCB 하우징(17)에 끼워져 결합되는 메인 PCB(7); 및 상기 메인 PCB(7)에 경사지게 결속되어, 상기 차량 실내의 온도를 계측하는 적외선 센서(9);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하며, 이에 따라 적외선 센서 조립체의 전체적인 크기를 컴팩트화할 수 있고, 차종 변경에 따른 공용화가 용이하며, A-필러와 같은 내장재 가니시 안쪽에 내장이 가능하므로 차량 실내의 미관을 향상시킬 수 있게 된다.
