Como podéis observar, el tamaño de las tortitas no es pequeño precisamente (¿os habéis fijado que muchas veces la versión «sin gluten» es mucho más pequeña? En los panes de hamburguesa, por ejemplo), son bastante gruesas (como debe de ser una tortita) y muy esponjosas —creo que queda bastante claro cuanto me gustaron—. Sinceramente, no recuerdo haber comido unas tortitas así en otro restaurante.
