As it was responsible for setting tariffs on the Moselle, the Commission carried out a direct comparison between average rates charged by class of goods on the Neckar, the Main and the Main-Danube canal and those applied on the Moselle in order to assess whether the tariffs on the Moselle should be modified.

En exerçant sa compétence pour la définition du tarif des péages sur la Moselle, la CM a effectué une comparaison directe entre les taux moyens des péages par classes de marchandises sur le Neckar, le Main et le canal Main-Danube avec ceux appliqués sur la Moselle, afin d’évaluer si le tarif des péages sur la Moselle doit être modifié ou non.

В порядке осуществления соей компетенции по установлению тарифов на перевозки по Мозелю МК провела непосредственное сопоставление между средними показателями оплаты в разбивке по классам грузов при перевозке по Некару, Майну и каналу Майн−Дунай с показателями, применяемыми на Мозеле, в целях выяснения необходимости изменения тарифных ставок на перевозки по Мозелю.
