A cold forging mold for manufacturing a sector tooth of a seat recliner, according to the present invention, comprises: a first forging mold which receives a material to be forged that is made from SCM415 and is coated with a lubrication film after annealing the material, and which cold-presses the material to be forged for the upsetting thereof so as to produce a pre-form; and a second forging mold which receives the pre-form and cold-presses the pre-form so as to produce the sector tooth of a seat recliner.

La présente invention concerne un moule de forgeage à froid, destiné à fabriquer une dent de secteur d'un dispositif d'inclinaison de siège, qui comprend : un premier moule de forgeage, qui reçoit un matériau à forger, constitué à partir de SCM415 et revêtu d'un film de lubrification, après recuit du matériau et qui presse à froid le matériau à forger, pour son renversement, de manière à produire une pré-forme ; et un second moule de forgeage, qui reçoit la pré-forme et presse à froid la pré-forme, de manière à produire la dent de secteur d'un dispositif d'inclinaison de siège.

본 발명에 의한 시트 리클라이너의 섹터투스 제조용 냉간 단조 금형은, SCM415로 이루어지고 어닐링처리 후 윤활피막이 도포된 단조소재를 내부에 수용한 후 냉간으로 가압하여 업세팅함으로써 프리폼을 제조하는 1차단조금형과, 상기 프리폼을 내부에 수용하여 냉간으로 가압함으로써 시트 리클라이너의 섹터투스를 제조하는 2차단조금형을 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 의한 시트 리클라이너의 섹터투스 제조용 냉간 단조 금형을 이용한 섹터투스의 제조 방법은, SCM415로 이루어지고 어닐링처리 후 윤활피막이 도포된 단조소재를 준비하는 소재준비단계와, 상기 단조소재를 시트 리클라이너의 섹터투스 제조용 냉간단조 금형의 일 구성인 1차단조금형 내부에 안착한 후 냉간 단조성형하여 프리폼을 형성하는 1차단조단계와, 상기 프리폼을 2차단조금형 내부에 안착한 후 냉간 단조성형하여 시트 리클라이너의 섹터투스를 제조하는 2차단조단계로 이루어진다.
