وقد أنشئت فرق عمل فنية مواضيعية تنعقد بين اجتماعات اللجنة التحضيرية الإقليمية وتقوم بالتحضير لهذه الاجتماعات ولتكون بمثابة جهاز الخبراء الذي تعتمد عليه اللجنة التحضيرية.
