Anchovies when fresh are gorgeous, but this time I ́m going to give the traditional recipe a twist. The photo above is doing it no justice at all, this was one of those moments when we were in a hurry to eat those anchovies, and well, the pictures won ́t participate in any contest, but I hope it ́s enough so you get the idea.
