ويؤدي تكوّن الزواج وفقا للإجراء الذي تقرره الكنيسة (أو الديانات الأخرى) إلى نفس النتائج القانونية التي يؤدي إليها تكوّن الزواج في مكتب تسجيل، بشرط أن: يتم استيفاء الشروط لعقد الزواج المبينة في القانون المدني لجمهورية ليتوانيا (الشروط المتعلقة بالسن، ونوع الجنس، والأهلية القانونية، إلخ)، وأن يكون الزواج قد تكون وفقا للإجراء المرسخ بقوانين المنظمة الدينية المسجلة في جمهورية ليتوانيا والمعترف بها هناك، وأن يكون الزواج الذي تكوّن وفقا للإجراء الذي أرسته الكنيسة (أو الديانات الأخرى) قد سجل في مكتب تسجيل وفق المنصوص عليه في الباب الثالث من القانون المدني.

The formation of marriage in accordance with the procedure established by the Church (confessions) shall entail the same legal consequences as those entailed by the formation of marriage in a registration office, provided that: the conditions for contracting a marriage laid down the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania have been satisfied (conditions concerning age, gender, legal capacity, etc.), the marriage has been formed in accordance with the procedure established by the canons of a religious organisation registered in and recognised by the Republic of Lithuania, and the formation of marriage in accordance with the procedure established by the Church (confessions) has been recorded at a registration office as provided for on Book Three of the Civil Code.

La constitución del matrimonio de acuerdo con el procedimiento establecido por la Iglesia (confesiones) implicará las mismas consecuencias legales que las que tiene un matrimonio constituido en una oficina de registro, siempre que: se hayan cumplido las condiciones establecidas por el Código Civil de la República de Lituania para contraer matrimonio (condiciones relativas a la edad, el género, la capacidad legal, etc.); que el matrimonio se haya constituido de acuerdo con el procedimiento establecido por los cánones de una organización religiosa registrada en la República de Lituania y reconocida por ésta, y que la constitución del matrimonio de acuerdo con el procedimiento establecido por la Iglesia (confesiones) haya sido inscripta en una oficina de registro según se estipula en el Libro Tres del Código Civil.

La formation de mariage selon la procédure établie par l’église (confessions) impliquera les mêmes conséquences juridiques que celles qu’implique la formation de mariage dans un bureau d’état civil, étant entendu que : les conditions de formation d’un mariage prévues par le Code civil ont été remplies (conditions relatives à l’âge, au sexe, à la capacité juridique, etc.), le mariage est formé selon la procédure établie par la loi canon d’une organisation religieuse enregistrée en République de Lituanie et reconnue par celle-ci et la formation du mariage selon la procédure établie par l’église (confessions) a été enregistrée au bureau d’état civil comme le prévoit le Livre Trois du Code civil.

在满足下列条件的情况下,按照教堂确认的程序(声明)成立的婚姻与在登记处成立的婚姻具有同样的法律效果:已满足《立陶宛共和国民法典》规定的合同婚姻所要满足的条件(年龄、性别和民事行为能力等条件),婚姻已按照在立陶宛共和国领域内登记并被承认的宗教组织教规所确认的程序成立,且按照教会确认的程序(声明)成立的婚姻已按照《立陶宛共和国民法典》第三编的规定在登记处进行了登记。
