During the period covered by the present report, ending 30 November 2000, the export of petroleum and petroleum products from Iraq proceeded smoothly, with excellent cooperation among the oil overseers, the United Nations independent inspection agents (Saybolt Nederland BV), the State Oil Marketing Organisation of Iraq and national oil purchasers.
