প্রস্তাবিত চুক্তির আওতায় যে বিষয়গুলিকে নিয়ে আসা হবে তার মধ্যে রয়েছে –যোগাযোগ ও তথ্য বিনিময়ের ক্ষেত্রে একটি পদ্ধতিগত ব্যবস্থা গড়ে তোলা. আমদানি প্রক্রিয়া, গুণগত মান নিয়ন্ত্রণ, নমুনা পরীক্ষা, প্যাকেজিং ও লেভেলিং-এর মতো পারস্পরিক স্বার্থ-সংশ্লিষ্ট চিহ্নিত ক্ষেত্রগুলিতে প্রযুক্তিগত জ্ঞান ও তথ্য বিনিময়. সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়ে যৌথ উদ্যোগ ও প্রচেষ্টায় আলোচনাচক্র, কর্মশালা, সফর বিনিময়, ভাষণ ও বক্তৃতাদানের ব্যবস্থা, প্রশিক্ষণ কর্মসূচি ইত্যাদির আয়োজন এবং দুটি দেশের পক্ষে মঙ্গলজনক অন্যান্য স্বার্থ-সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়গুলিতে সহযোগিতা বিনিময়।
