These challenges have included: overworked staff for the past two years due to budgetary constraints on staffing; the lack of a Director, Research and Evaluation for the past two years (the position has been vacant); and an overall climate of uncertainty as to the future of the NCPS, including the uncertainty associated with the end of the expansion sunset funding, which has led to high staff turnover.

Ces problèmes étaient le surcroît de travail au cours des deux dernières années en raison de contraintes budgétaires touchant la dotation; l’absence d’un directeur, Recherche et évaluation, au cours des deux dernières années (le poste est vacant); et le climat d’incertitude qui régnait en général par rapport à l’avenir de la SNPC, notamment lorsque le financement temporarisé de l’élargissement a pris fin, ce qui a entraîné un grand roulement de personnel.
