يوصي المجلس بأن تقوم الاتفاقية الإطارية بوضع وتوثيق وتنفيذ خطة لمكافحة مخاطر الفساد والغش الداخليين، تتضمن مبادرات للتوعية بحالات الغش، وذلك بالتنسيق مع إدارة الأمم المتحدة وسائر الصناديق والبرامج من أجل الحصول على مزايا أفضل الممارسات، متى توافرت.

The Board recommends that UNFCCC develop, document and implement a plan against the risk of internal corruption and fraud, including fraud-awareness initiatives, in co-ordination with the Administration of the United Nations and the other funds and programmes to obtain the benefit of best practices, where available.
