Other delegations were of the general view that, notwithstanding various technical and, possibly, national legal issues that may still need to be addressed, the principle of mutual recognition of the authentication of the declarant in the country of departure should be maintained and should suffice.

По мнению других делегаций, в целом, несмотря на различные технические и, вероятно, юридические вопросы на национальном уровне, которые в любом случае, возможно, потребуют решения, принцип взаимного признания аутентификации лица, подавшего декларацию, в стране отправления должен быть сохранен, а такое признание должно считаться достаточным.
