Wir berichten über eine 78 jährige Patientin, die bei der endoskopisch gestellten dringenden Verdachtsdiagnose eines Malignoms im Colon ascendens (Biopsate ohne Carcinomnachweis) rechtsseitig hemicolektomiert wurde.

We report the case of a 78-year-old woman with the endoscopic tentative diagnosis of a malignant tumor of the colon ascendens (biopsy without malignancy) that was removed by right hemicolectomy.
