A High Contracting Party should establish munition logging and tracking procedures, which should include information on the date of manufacture of each munition or batch of munitions, expected shelf-life of each munition or batch of munitions, and information on where the munition has been, under what conditions it has been stored and to what environmental factors it has been exposed
