(66) Hvad angaar de sidste to aftaler, indeholder bilag IV til anmeldelsen en erklaering om, at Racal Deccas erhvervelse af PE's og Navstars teknologi i DNS-modtagere til kommerciel brug havde til formaal at sikre, at fordelene ved denne teknologi kunne benyttes i nye produkter, »hvis dette kan goeres med fordel, uden at kilderne til de loebende indtaegter, som Racal Decca har brug for til DNS-sendernettet, bringes i fare«.

(66) Hinsichtlich der Vereinbarungen »Technology Agreement" und »Technology Licence - Back Agreement" enthält Anhang IV zur Anmeldung die Feststellung, daß Racal Decca von PE und NAVSTAR das technische Wissen in bezug auf DNS-Empfangsgeräte des kommerziellen Bereichs mit dem Ziel erworben hatte, über diese Technik bei der Entwicklung neuer Erzeugnisse zu verfügen, wobei jedoch die Einnahmequellen von Racal Decca aus der Bereitstellung des DNS-Übertragungsnetzes nicht gefährdet werden dürften.

(66) With respect to the technology agreement and the technology licence-back agreement, Annex IV to the notification contains the statement that the acquisition by Racal Decca of PE's and Navstar's technology in DNS receivers for commercial use had the aim of ensuring that the benefits of this technology would be available for incorporation in new products, 'if it can advantageously be so used, without imperilling the sources of the continuing income required by Racal Decca in relation to the DNS transmission network'.
