أعدّ مكتب المدعي العام للجمهورية استراتيجية تشارك فيها المؤسسات لمكافحة الاستغلال الجنسي التجاري، استجابة لدواعي القلق المذكورة. وتشمل هذه الاستراتيجية تنظيم حلقات عمل للتبادل والمشاركة في وضع خريطة جغرافية واجتماعية للمسار الحرج للاتجار بالأطفال والمراهقين، وحلقات دراسية متخصصة للتدريب على كتيب القواعد الخاصة بالشرطة وكتيب قواعد تطبيق المعايير للإجراءات التي تتجنب زيادة معاناة الأطفال والمراهقين من الجنسين من ضحايا الاستغلال الجنسي التجاري أو من المعرضين لخطره، والموافقة على المنهج المقترح للتدريب في الأكاديمية الوطنية للأمن العام، فيما يتصل بتدخل الشرطة لحماية الأطفال والمراهقين من ضحايا الاستغلال الجنسي التجاري أو من المعرضين لخطره.

In view of this concern, the Office of the Attorney General of the Republic is developing an inter-institutional strategy against commercial sexual exploitation, which consists of: exchange and socialization workshops to construct a geographic and social map of the critical path of trafficking in children and adolescents; specialized seminars for training on the police handbook and the handbook for applying standards in processes that do not revictimize children and adolescent victims, or those at risk of commercial sexual exploitation; and validation of the curricula training proposal within the National Public Safety Academy, in respect of police intervention to protect children and adolescent victims, or those at risk of commercial sexual exploitation.

Ante esta preocupación, la Procuraduría General de la República, desarrolla una estrategia de participación interinstitucional contra la Explotación Sexual Comercial, la cual consiste en la realización de talleres de intercambio y socialización para la Construcción del Mapa geográfico y social de la ruta critica de la Trata y Tráfico de la Niñez y Adolescencia, Seminarios especializados de Capacitación del Manual Policial y del Manual de Aplicación de Normas para procesos no revictimizantes con niños, niñas y adolescentes víctimas o en riesgo de explotación sexual comercial, y de validación de la propuesta curricular para la formación dentro de la Academia Nacional de Seguridad Pública, en la intervención policial de protección de niños, niñas y adolescentes víctimas o en riesgo de explotación sexual comercial.
