A method for decoding a multi-layer video signal, according to the present invention, determines whether a corresponding picture in a lower layer is used as an interlayer reference picture for a current picture in an upper layer, on the basis of a time level identifier of the lower layer, performs interlayer prediction for the current picture by using the corresponding picture if the corresponding picture in the lower layer is used as the interlayer reference picture for the current picture in the upper layer, restores the current picture by using a prediction sample acquired through the interlayer prediction and a residual sample of the current picture, and selectively applies a loop filter to a tile boundary of the restored current picture on the basis of a layer filter flag for the upper layer.

Le procédé pour décoder un signal vidéo multi-couches de la présente invention détermine si une image correspondante d’une couche inférieure est utilisée comme image de référence inter-couches pour une image actuelle d’une couche supérieure, d’après un identifiant de niveau de temps de la couche inférieure, effectue une prédiction inter-couches pour l’image actuelle en utilisant l’image correspondante si l’image correspondante de la couche inférieure est utilisée comme image de référence inter-couches pour l’image actuelle de la couche supérieure, rétablit l’image actuelle en utilisant un échantillon de prédiction acquis par prédiction inter-couches et un échantillon résiduel de l’image actuelle, et applique sélectivement un filtre à boucle à une frontière de carreau de l’image actuelle rétablie d’après un indicateur de filtre de couche correspondant à la couche supérieure.

본 발명에 따른 멀티 레이어 비디오 신호 디코딩 방법은 하위 레이어의 시간레벨 식별자에 기초하여, 하위 레이어의 대응 픽쳐가 상위 레이어의 현재 픽쳐에 대한 인터레이어 참조 픽쳐로 이용되는지 여부를 결정하고, 하위 레이어의 대응 픽쳐가 상위 레이어의 현재 픽쳐의 인터레이어 참조 픽쳐로 이용되는 경우, 대응 픽쳐를 이용하여 현재 픽쳐의 레이어 간 예측을 수행하며, 레이어 간 예측을 통해 획득되는 예측 샘플과 현재 픽쳐의 레지듀얼 샘플을 이용하여 현재 픽쳐를 복원하고, 상위 레이어에 대한 레이어 필터 플래그에 기초하여 복원된 현재 픽쳐의 타일 경계에 루프 필터를 선택적으로 적용하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
