After 10 d of treatment, the pain, joint swelling and uric acid in blood were observed. In addition, the follow-up was conducted 6 months after end of the treatment to evaluate the long-term effect.

对照组给予秋水仙碱片及别嘌醇片口服 治疗, 观察组给予电针结合本院自制加味金黄膏外敷治疗, 连续治疗10 d 后观察患者疼痛、关节肿胀、血尿酸值 的变化, 并于治疗结束6 个月后对治愈的患者进行随访, 以观察远期疗效。
