પ્રધાનમંત્રીએ એ વાતનો પણ વિશેષ ઉલ્લેખ કર્યો હતો કે, કેવી રીતે સરકાર તરફથી ભૂતકાળમાં ઉઠાવવામાં આવેલા પગલાં એટલે કે – આર્થિક સમાવેશનું વિસ્તરણ કરવું, આરોગ્ય સેવાઓને છેવડાની વ્યક્તિ સુધી પહોંચાડવાની વ્યવસ્થા વધુ સુદૃઢ બનાવવી, સ્વચ્છ ભારત મિશનના માધ્યમથી સાફ-સફાઇ અને સ્વચ્છતાને લોકપ્રિય બનાવવા, લોકોની રોગ પ્રતિકારક શક્તિ વધારવામાં ભારતના આયુર્વેદથી મેળવેલા જ્ઞાનનું ગ્રહણ કરવા વગેરેથી - વર્તમાન મહામારી સામે લડવામાં ભારતના પ્રયાસોની કાર્યદક્ષતા વધારવા માટે મદદ મળી શકી છે
