واقترحت الهيئة الاستشارية اتخاذ ثمانية تدابير، من بينها التدابير الرئيسية الثلاثة التالية: نشر نموذج لشهادة الموافقة على التعقيم في جريدة وزارة الصحة، وإعلام الجمهور بواسطة كتيبات وصفحات على الويب، وتدريب العاملين في المجال الطبي على حقوق المرضى، وبخاصة على شروط الموافقة المستنيرة.

The consultative body had proposed eight measures, based on the following three principles: publication of a model act of consent in the journal of the Ministry of Health, public information through brochures and web sites, and training of medical personnel on the rights of patients and in particular the conditions for informed consent.

El órgano consultivo ha propuesto ocho medidas, basadas en los tres principios que se exponen a continuación: la publicación de un modelo de acta de consentimiento en el boletín del Ministerio de Salud, la difusión de información mediante folletos y sitios web, y la capacitación del personal médico en materia de derechos de los pacientes y, concretamente, de las condiciones para el consentimiento informado.

Консультативный орган предложил восемь мер, среди которых можно назвать следующие три: опубликование образца документа о согласии в журнале Министерства здравоохранения, информирование общественности посредством издания брошюр и веб‐страниц, подготовка медицинского персонала по вопросам прав пациентов и, в частности, об условиях просвещенного согласия.
