يتولى المكتب التنفيذي لإدارة الشؤون الإدارية تقديم الخدمات الإدارية المركزية والدعم والمشورة إلى الإدارة ككل، أي إلى مكتب وكيل الأمين العام، ومكتب تخطيط البرامج والميزانية والحسابات، ومكتب إدارة الموارد البشرية، ومكتب خدمات الدعم المركزية، ومشروع المخطط العام لتجديد مباني المقر، وذلك في مجالات الموارد البشرية والشؤون المالية والإدارة العامة.

The Executive Office of the Department of Management provides central administrative services, support and advice for the Department as a whole, namely, the Office of the Under-Secretary-General, the Office of Programme Planning, Budget and Accounts, the Office of Human Resources Management, the Office of Central Support Services and the capital master plan project, in the areas of human resources, finance and general administration.

La Oficina Ejecutiva del Departamento de Gestión presta servicios administrativos centrales, apoyo y asesoramiento a todo el Departamento, que comprende la Oficina del Secretario General Adjunto, la Oficina de Planificación de Programas, Presupuesto y Contaduría General, la Oficina de Gestión de Recursos Humanos, la Oficina de Servicios Centrales de Apoyo y el proyecto del plan maestro de mejoras de infraestructura, en lo referente a los recursos humanos, las finanzas y la administración general.

Le Service administratif du Département de la gestion fournit, à l’échelon central, des services administratifs, un appui et des conseils à l’ensemble du Département, c’est-à-dire au Bureau du Secrétaire général adjoint, au Bureau de la planification des programmes, du budget et de la comptabilité, au Bureau de la gestion des ressources humaines, au Bureau des services centraux d’appui et au groupe chargé du plan-cadre d’équipement, aux titres suivants : ressources humaines, finances et administration générale.
