Epinephrine, α-methyl-epinephrine and α-methyl-norepinephrine had the same or slightly less potency of norepinephrine. α-methyl-dopamine and octopamine were approximately 100 timesless potent, dopamine and metaraminol more than 1000 times less potent than norepinephrine.
