The town of Laon in Picardy set up JETS (jeunes en equipes de travail) - working teams of young people aged from 18 to 25 who had reached the end of their prison sentence. Over two periods of three months these teams cleared two sites - the Morlot military battery and the Dragons' fountain (a watering-place for cavalrymen) - together with military specialists, and made them accessible to the public.

La Ville de Laon en Picardie a constitué avec des jeunes détenus en fin de peine âgés de 18 à 25 ans des JETS (jeunes en équipes de travail) qui, en liaison avec des spécialistes militaires ont débroussaillé et rendu accessibles au public deux ouvrages, la batterie Morlot et la fontaine des Dragons (abreuvoir pour cavaliers), en deux chantiers d'une durée de trois mois chacun.
