L’invention concerne donc un procédé d’extraction d’ADN pour Bursaphelenchus xylophilus à partir de copeaux de bois recueillis contenant Bursaphelenchus xylophilus, un ensemble d’amorces LAMP comprenant des amorces qui s’hybrident à une région spécifique de l’ADN de Bursaphelenchus xylophilus, et un procédé de détection de Bursaphelenchus xylophilus à partir de copeaux de bois dans lesquels l’ADN est amplifié par le procédé LAMP en utilisant l’ensemble d’amorces et détecté.
