(৬) শুধুমাত্র কোন সদস্য পদে শূন্যতা বা বোর্ড গঠনে ত্রুটি থাকার কারণে বোর্ডের কোন কাজ বা কার্যধারা অবৈধ হবে না এবং তত্সম্পর্কে কোন প্রশ্নও করা যাবে না।

No act or proceeding of the Board shall be invalid merely on the ground of existence of any vacancy in, or any defect in the constitution of, the Board and no question shall be raised with regard thereto.
