The Representative had extensive consultations with the acting United Nations Resident Coordinator, representatives of some United Nations agencies and programmes, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), representatives of the donor community and several representatives of humanitarian, human rights and development NGOs, as well as with religious groups and representatives from different academic and research centres in the country
