According to an embodiment of the technical concept of the present invention, a method for preparing Zizania latifolia tea comprises the steps of: collecting Zizania latifolia; washing the collected Zizania latifolia; cutting the washed Zizania latifolia; sterilizing the cut Zizania latifolia by steaming; drying the sterilized Zizania latifolia; spraying a mixture at the dried Zizania latifolia; drying and pulverizing the mixture-sprayed Zizania latifolia; and packing the dried and pulverized Zizania latifolia into a tea bag, wherein the step of spraying a mixture at the dried Zizania latifolia is a step of spraying a flavoring at the dried Zizania latifolia, and 1.5-3 parts by weight of the flavoring can be sprayed on the basis of 100 parts by weight of Zizania latifolia.

본 발명의 기술적 사상의 실시예에 따른 줄풀차의 제조방법은, 줄풀을 채취하는 단계; 상기 채취된 줄풀을 세척하는 단계; 상기 세척된 줄풀을 절단하는 단계; 상기 절단된 줄풀을 증기로 쪄서 멸균하는 단계; 상기 멸균된 줄풀을 건조하는 단계; 상기 건조된 줄풀에 혼합물을 분사하는 단계; 상기 혼합물이 분사된 줄풀을 건조 및 분쇄하는 단계; 및 상기 건조 및 분쇄된 줄풀을 티백에 포장하는 단계를 포함하되, 상기 건조된 줄풀에 혼합물을 분사하는 단계는 상기 건조된 줄풀에 향료를 분사하는 단계이고, 상기 향료는 줄풀 100중량부에 대하여 향료 1.5 내지 3중량부를 분사할 수 있다.
