The associations seeking elucidation of the matter find themselves barred from taking criminal indemnification action since the provincial code of procedure accords that right only to close family members, which limits the possibilities of taking part in the proceedings and properly following the course of the investigation.

Las asociaciones que buscan el esclarecimiento del hecho se encuentran ante la imposibilidad de constituirse en parte querellante dado que esta facultad, conforme el código de rito provincial, es exclusiva de los familiares directos, lo que limita las posibilidades de tomar parte en el procedimiento y de seguir adecuadamente toda la investigación.
