Looking over this document the reader will gain an understanding of what landscape character assessment is all about, and how through the careful siting of new development the unique Cornish character can be conserved and wherever possible enhanced. The most important aspect for me is that Neighbourhood Plans should be the product of, and owned by, the community, and that they should provide a positive and sustainable future for our communities.
