ويعاقب على هذه الجريمة بالسجن لمدة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات ولا تتعدى 15 سنة كما يعاقب بالجلد جلدات لا تقل عن 3 جلدات ولا تتعدى 12 جلدة.

The offence shall be punishable with imprisonment of a term not less than 5 years and not more than 15 years and shall also be punished with whipping with not less than 3 strokes and no more than 12 strokes.
