At the time of the Board’s audit in April 2016, Umoja and the Office of Information and Communications Technology were seeking to identify ways in which to improve the tiered support structure, implement lessons learned from cluster 3 and 4 implementations, and prepare for the Office of Information and Communications Technology to deliver full support through the “Unite” service desks.
