The unique design of the inner wall of the minimally invasive holding sleeve (2) is matched with the cross slot (115,116) on the outside of the nail cap (11) of the pedicle screw, thus nail-holding and -removing is easy, fast and effective; the front end of the holding sleeve is of a two-thin-wall design, thus the trauma to a tissue channel is small; and the problems of difficult bar-threading, complex locking and loading of the screw cap etc. can be solved during surgery.
