وفي رده على القول بأن اللجنة لم تتناول في تقريرها بشكل كامل تطوير بعض البدائل واحتمالات تنفيذ التطبيقات غير العينية مثل تدفئة وتبريد المناطق في القطاعات التحويلية، قال إن هناك نقصاً في المعلومات، واقترح أن يُنظر في هذا الموضوع أثناء التقييم المقبل.

Responding to a suggestion that the Committee had not fully addressed the development of some alternatives and the potential for not-in-kind applications in downstream sectors such as district heating and cooling in its report, he said that there was a lack of information and proposed that the topic be considered during the next assessment.

En réponse à une affirmation selon laquelle le Comité n’avait pas traité de manière fouillée la question de l’élaboration de certaines solutions de remplacement, pas plus que celle des solutions de remplacement exigeant de nouvelles technologies utilisées dans les secteurs situés en aval tels que les réseaux de chaleur et de refroidissement, il a indiqué que les informations faisaient défaut et a proposé que la question soit examinée dans la prochaine évaluation.

В ответ на замечание о том, что Комитет не в полном объеме осветил в своем докладе вопрос о разработке отдельных альтернатив и потенциале использования неродственных альтернатив в таких секторах, как централизованное отопление и охлаждение, он заявил об отсутствии информации и предложил рассмотреть эту тему в рамках следующей оценки.
