التشديد على ضرورة احتواء نتائج مؤتمر الأطراف في معاهدة عدم انتشار الأسلحة النووية لاستعراض المعاهدة في عام 2010 على توصيات محددة وعملية تتعلق بتنفيذ القرار الصادر عام 1995 المتعلق بالشرق الأوسط 1995، بما في ذلك التزام كل دولة طرف في معاهدة عدم انتشار الأسلحة النووية بالحظر التام لنقل أية معدات أو معلومات أو مواد أو مرافق أو موارد أو أجهزة متصلة بالمجال النووي، ولتقديم الدراية الفنية أو أي نوع من المساعدة للتعاون مع إسرائيل في الميادين النووية، طالما ظلت غير منضمة إلى المعاهدة ولم تُخضِع جميع مرافقها النووية لكامل ضمانات الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية.

To stress that the outcomes of the 2010 Review Conference should contain concrete and practical recommendations concerning the implementation of the 1995 resolution on the Middle East, including a commitment by each State party to the Non-Proliferation Treaty to strictly prohibit the transfer of any nuclear-related equipment, information, material, facilities, resources or devices, and the extension of know-how or any kind of assistance to and cooperation with Israel in the nuclear fields, as long as it remains a non-party to the Treaty and has not placed all its nuclear facilities under full-scope IAEA safeguards.

Destacar que el resultado de la Conferencia de las Partes de 2010 debe incluir recomendaciones concretas y prácticas con respecto a la aplicación de la resolución sobre el Oriente Medio aprobada en 1995, incluido el compromiso de todos los Estados partes en el Tratado sobre la no proliferación de prohibir estrictamente que se transfiera a Israel todo tipo de equipo, información, material e instalaciones, recursos o dispositivos relativos a la energía nuclear y que se le proporcionen conocimientos prácticos y cualquier tipo de asistencia y cooperación en la esfera nuclear mientras no sea parte en el Tratado y no haya sometido todas sus instalaciones nucleares a las salvaguardias totales del OIEA.

Souligner que le document final de la Conférence d’examen de 2010 devrait formuler des recommandations concrètes et pratiques sur la mise en œuvre de la résolution de 1995 sur le Moyen-Orient, et interdire rigoureusement à chaque État partie au Traité de transférer à Israël tous équipements, informations, matières, installations, moyens et dispositifs de type nucléaire, de lui faire acquérir un savoir-faire ou de lui apporter une assistance ou une coopération quelconques dans le domaine nucléaire, aussi longtemps qu’Israël ne sera pas partie au Traité et n’aura pas soumis toutes ses installations nucléaires aux garanties intégrales de l’AIEA.

Подчеркнуть, что среди итогов Конференции 2010 года по рассмотрению действия Договора должны быть конкретные и практические рекомендации в отношении осуществления резолюции 1995 года по Ближнему Востоку, включая обязательство всех государств — участников Договора о нераспространении строго запретить передачу Израилю любого оборудования, любой информации, любых материалов, установок, а также ресурсов или устройств, связанных с ядерной областью, предоставление ему ноу-хау, оказание ему любой помощи и любое сотрудничество с ним в ядерной области до тех пор, пока он не станет участником Договора и не поставит все свои ядерные объекты под полномасштабные гарантии МАГАТЭ.
